- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return most new and unopened items!
- We make returns easy, simply return your order within 30 days of receipt. (Holidays are 60 days)
- We'll refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- To Return on the outside of the box:

- Inside the box indicate refund or exchange (with size request) and contact phone number
- Size Exchanges:
- Customer is responsible for One Way return shipping costs to Blaze Leather at his/her expense
- Blaze Leather is responsible for shipping costs One Way for exchanges sent back to the customer
- Heavy Apparel: (Jackets, Raingear, Boots, Helmets) - Customer is responsible for all shipping costs
- Items marked "Handcrafted", "Special Order", "Final Sale" or "Closeout” are non-returnable.
- All items must be returned in original packaging including: warranty card, manual, accessories, and shrink wrap.
- We cannot accept returns that are used, laundered, or soiled.
- Please insure items and obtain a tracking number for any returns.
