We are open for business and shipping, receiving, and managing customer service within healthcare guidelines. During this time, orders may take an extra few days for processing as we are on limited staff. Most orders are shipping within 2 days but some may take longer than expected.
Our priority is the health and safety of our team, customers, and general public; along with shipping orders in a timely manner and addressing customer questions. Please know that all orders received and returned will be processed as efficiently as possible.
Our web site automatically computes and displays shipping charges whenever you place an item in your shopping basket. For APO/FBO and Armed Forces Delivery Addresses please call us so we can process your order manually.
Additional Shipping Details
Items are usually shipped within 2-3 days after your order is placed. American Made products are generally 2-3 weeks as they are made per order and handcrafted. Our warehouses do not ship on weekends. Tracking information is provided usually within 24 hours of shipment. Please allow an additional 48 hours for large items or bulk orders.
Most of our orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Tracking information is e-mailed within 24 hours of shipment. Most of our orders will arrive to you within 2 to 4 business days after the order has shipped. For larger items, Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for your item to arrive.
Do you ship internationally?
We can only ship or bill to addresses in the United States. We are currently unable to ship or bill to addresses outside of the U.S.
My order never arrived?
If you have received a tracking number and your order never arrived in accordance to the shipping carriers estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will assist you in locating your order.
An item is missing from my order?
Most of our products are shipped from a central warehouse. However, there are times that orders contain products that are shipped from multiple warehouses.
If you believe that an item is missing from your shipment:
Please verify that the missing item is identified on the receipt located inside the shipping box. Please note, only items shipped are printed on the packing list and charged on your credit card. If an item in your order is not in stock, we will notify you via email on the backorder and we will NOT charge your credit card for that item.
